The kitten leaves our house at no earlier than 12 weeks old. Kittens are fully vaccinated, microchipped and neutered (spayed) if in a pet! They are physically and mentally ready for a new family at this age. In the new house, they are comfortable within a couple of days.

  The procedure itself

•  Getting to know the future owner. This can be done in a call or correspondence with us. You can learn all about us and tell us about yourself. If we like each other, the moment comes to choose a kitten.
•  We prefer the future owner to visit our cattery and meet us. But not everyone has that opportunity, so we welcome video chats.
•  Once a kitten is selected. The buyer makes the paying deposit of £ 500, and filling a deposit form.
•  If a buyer changes their mind about buying a kitten, the deposit is not refundable. 
•  If the transaction fell through at the seller's fault (the kitten fell ill or something else happened to the kitten), the deposit is refunded to the buyer.
•  When making a deposit, the kitten is listed for the buyer and will not be offered to other customers.
•  Once a week, we send a photo or video of the kitten to the buyer.
•  On the day of moving to a new family home, a contract is concluded between the buyer and ourselves, where both parties' conditions and obligations are agreed upon.
•  The buyer pays the remaining amount.
•  On our part, all documents accompanying the kitten have been fully prepared When buying a kitten, a contract is drawn up. With the kitten, you receive a copy of the contract, a passport with vaccinations, a microchip, a certificate of registration of the breed in the  TICA club, a certificate from a veterinarian on health checks, 5 weeks insurance.
•  Our pets are feed a mix of raw meat. We provide the kitten in the new family with a food supply for 2 weeks and feeding instructions. If the buyer stays on this feed, we help and explain how to balance a full-fledged mix.
•  After the kitten moves into a new family, we support and assist with advice for new owners.
